We don't run a feedlot and we don't broker someone else's cattle. Every animal we sell — as breeding stock or as beef — comes from the same fullblood Japanese Black program we've documented bloodline by bloodline.
That's the Carlog promise on both sides of the ranch: a breeder gets genetics with a proven, traceable pedigree, and an eater gets beef from those exact bloodlines. Same cattle, same standard, raised by the people whose name is on the box.
